Return & Refund Policy

My Store wants you to be fully satisfied with your hair trimmer purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, trimmer blades/heads that have been used cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, if requested) within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your trimmer arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product for a free replacement or full refund.
